How Can I Listen To Your Broadcast In Better Quality On My
Stereo OR Better Still Throughout My House?
For most Windows PC users, the easiest way is to click on the
"listen Live" button on the left, just above the sliding menu bar. Choose either
Low Band or High Band per the instructions. Once the next window pops up, choose
the Windows button. IMPORTANT - On most computers using Internet Explorer
or AOL browser, you will have to over ride the "pop up blocker" to see the
choice windows that pop up. This is done by either clicking on the yellow bar
that appears in the browser just under the tools or hold the CTRL key down while
clicking on the links.
You should probably try and play some music
using the Windows Media player. Open the player, should be at START >>> PROGRAMS
>>>ACCESSORIES>>ENTERTAINMENT. Load a file from your My Music folder inside your
My Document folder. There is a sample file with a couple of songs. If you can
hear these the pop up player should work. If you do not hear anything, make sure
your volume control is not muted. That is the little speaker icon on the bottom
right hand corner of your desktop (you may have to click the arrow pointing left
to show more icons).. If there is a red circle with a slash in it, volume is
muted. Makes sure it is slid up enough to hear. If you are still having problems
getting the pop up player to work, you may need to download some other music
players. See the next question.
If you are having problems using our pop up
player or you would rather use a different player, then click on the My Own
button after clicking the Listen Live button. This will bring up another pop up
to choose which player feed you want. Again you will choose either Low Band or
High Band for the selected player. If you want to down load a player click the
center icon on the pop up. These are FREE players so nothing is lost.
Yes and no. IF you have the right mobile
device, cell phone, PDA, maybe IPhone, you may be able to listen to our Low Band
stream. Your particular phone may need some special software, so we recommend
you click on our Listen Mobile link for more
information and help.
Sorry but this answer is rather long, so we
will switch you to a new page by clicking
here. When
you are done reading just close that window and this one will still be here.
